10 Cancer Survivor Breast Dilemma (Season 1, Episode 6)
Breast cancer can be a very traumatic experience, especially when losing one or both breasts. This was especially true for Cynthia, who was left very unhappy with the result of her breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. She claimed that not only did the surgeons mess up her reconstruction, but they had promised that there would be no scars. After a full consultation where she was given the realities of the surgery and scars, and a reconstruction, she left feeling much better and happy with the results.
9 Edna's Nose (Season 7, Episode 13)
At one year old, Edna's nose became infected with a flesh-eating bacteria that left her nose severely disfigured and discolored. She was horribly bullied and suffered stares her entire life, which is what led her to the Botched team. She went through multiple procedures on the show, which helped reshape her nose, recolor it, and even help her breathe easier. She left the show a changed woman, feeling confident and beautiful for the first time in her life, the opposite of how she came onto the show.
8 Dog Got Her Lip (Season 4, Episode 18)
Karissa was at a party, enjoying her life as a young woman, when tragedy struck. A small dog was put into her arms, and the next thing she knew, her lip was horribly mangled. She went through several unsuccessful surgeries before appearing on Botched, hoping to regain full use of her mouth again and returning to a form of normalcy and beauty again. The doctors were able to perform the surgery with results that brought back her smile once again.

7 Nose Rebuild (Season 6, Episode 20)
Maria is a woman who had undergone five different nose surgeries in an attempt to be her most beautiful self before she found her way to Botched. She had very little of her nose left, and had suffered multiple horrible procedures that left the possibility of fixing the issue in uncertain waters. However, thanks to the talented doctors, they were able to restore her nose, widening it so it fit her facial features and giving her the face she always wanted.
6 The Dented Chest (Season 4, Episode 22)
Luke is a trans man who had top surgery to remove his breasts. He found a surgeon through online research who then performed two surgeries to give him the chest he had always wanted. However, after the bandages were removed, the left side was dented in and the right side had been left too large. The doctors were able to do the impossible, fixing the left side, and then were also able to reduce the right side to match, finally fulfilling Luke's dream.
5 Nose With A Twist (Season 4, Episode 13)
A bad car accident ruined Christina's nose, making it slowly twist to the left side, not only affecting her looks, but her breathing as well. She had already been under the knife once, but it didn't fix the issue and her nose started twisting to the left side yet again. Dr. Nassif took her to surgery and fixed the problem once and for all, giving her the perfect shape nose that not only looked good, but helped her breathe easily again.

4 Shark-Sized Bite (Season 7, Episode 2)
Donnie fortunately wasn't a victim of a shark attack, however, he often joked that this was indeed what happened. The real truth was that he had been in a horrible car accident, and it had taken out a chunk of his side, which was causing him pain and discomfort, physically and mentally. A previous surgery had left a huge indent in his side, but Botched doctors were able to do the impossible, and when they were done, he looked like he had never been hurt.
3 Cemented Deal (Season 2, Episode 1)
When Rajee wanted a face lift, she never imagined that they would fill her face with cement. She had gotten it done at a house party, and became a victim of illegal botox. She had already gotten a surgery done to help fix the damage, but it wasn't until Botched that she was able to get it fixed. She went under the knife and they were able to remove the nodules of concrete that had disfigured her face, and she left happy to have them gone.
2 Mastectomy Mess (Season 7, Episode 9)
Shannah's story is perhaps the most heartbreaking to come onto Botched. She tested positive in 2014 for the BRCA-2 gene and underwent a double mastectomy and a full hysterectomy. Tragically, the surgery came out lopsided and disfigured. She was also fearful that there was still breast tissue in her left breast, putting her at risk for breast cancer. The doctors put her under and got to work, discovering that she did indeed have breast tissue in the left breast, among other issues. They removed all the issues, and she was able to finally have the reconstruction she deserved.
1 Motorcycle Wreck (Season 6, Episode 18)
Hope was in a devastating motorcycle accident that left her face severely scarred and disfigured. She came into Botched after a plastic surgery to fix the issue failed. She felt like she was ugly and even referred to herself as a monster. The doctors were able to reconstruct a lot of her face and smooth out her skin and readjust her eye socket so she had a more appealing and symmetrical look. She left the office looking more like her previous self, and it boosted her confidence as well.
