The Happy Hippie Foundation, launched in 2015, is a non-profit organization founded by Miley Cyrus to focus on helping the issue of youth homelessness in the LGBTQ+ community. After its public launch, Miley promoted her foundation constantly through music collaborations, viral videos, and wearing the smiley face logo.
